For the past two years, our lines have been equipped with the MES Performance Leancure system. Intuitive, the tool was quickly adopted by the operators.

In a nutshell, MES challenges the teams and energizes the workshop by providing visual management. It has eliminated the need for paper reports and has enabled rapid and realistic reporting of data. The improvement actions allow for better targeting, and the result can be quantified.
